THE COMPANY

Your Spanish Corner is an online store born in Cartagena (Murcia), Spain, that brings authentic Spanish food to the whole of Europe. With over 4,000 products — from Iberian ham and extra virgin olive oil to artisanal nougat — it mainly serves expats, Mediterranean cuisine lovers, and gourmet stores that lack access to these items in their countries.

The e-commerce ships to more than 25 countries, uses refrigerated logistics, and offers multilingual customer service to ensure each order arrives fresh and on time.

THE CHALLENGE

Increase conversions and gain market share in key countries like the UK, France, and Germany, while competing with local supermarkets and major marketplaces. Additionally, reduce cart abandonment rates — which exceeded 60% — and improve the average order value in a context of high logistics costs.

There was no prior history of paid campaigns or a solid SEO strategy, so we were starting from scratch to capture qualified traffic.

THE SOLUTION

I designed a multi-channel advertising strategy combining technical SEO and Meta Ads campaigns, supported by continuous A/B testing:

  • SEO architecture focused on transactional long-tails (⚡ +35% organic traffic in 6 months).
  • Acquisition and dynamic retargeting campaigns in 4 languages with localized creatives.
  • A/B testing on copy, formats, and lookalike segments to improve CTR and ROAS.
  • Budget scaling only when creatives exceeded ROAS ≥ 8×.

Using this methodology, I grew the initial ROAS from 7.3× to 18.2× by month 3 and maintained an average of 39× throughout the campaign's lifecycle.
